Wendy Dixon, is a licensed real estate professional serving Greater Chattanooga since 2006. Wendy is the Dixon team leader, and lead listing partner. She has achieved Multi-Million Dollar Producer status every year since her very first year in real estate! Daughter of a builder, she was conducting Open Houses as young as 15 in his developments and managed her family’s construction company later in life. Since designing, decorating, relocating and building homes has been her life’s work, selling homes became her passion!
Wendy has a team of professional Buyer Specialists that assist buyers and callers wanting to view their team listings. Since 2003 Stephanie McFall has been a licensed real estate agent serving Greater Chattanooga and North Georgia areas. Stephanie has been a part of the Dixon Team since 2011 and partners with Wendy as a Listing Specialist, co-listing all listings that the team produces. Stephanie graduated from UTC with a Bachelor's degree in Finance.

Sadie Dixon Umali

Sadie Dixon Umali is the daughter of Wendy Dixon - Sadie grew up around interior design, construction, and real estate sales. Sadie followed in her mom’s footsteps and became a Realtor in May of 2017 and never looked back. In 2019 she graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with an emphasis in Marketing from Southern Adventist University. Sadie’s current role on the Dixon team is a Listing Specialist - she prepares all of the team’s MLS listings, writes descriptions, organizes appointments, runs the social media platforms, and manages the office.
She is the behind-the-scenes assistant to the Listing Partners: Wendy & Stephanie. She is dedicated to assisting each of the Team’s seller’s and creating top-quality marketing materials. Sadie also works as a licensed Buyer’s Agent. While she wears many hats on the team, she is dedicated to doing everything to the best of her ability. Sadie is known best for her attention to detail and her drive to make each client happy.

Abbey McFay is a native of Chattanooga and very familiar with the neighborhoods throughout the greater Chattanooga area. She grew up in North Chattanooga and resides there today. She attended The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga to earn her Bachelor of Arts in Business Marketing. Abbey knew at an early age that she wanted to pursue a career in Real Estate. She obtained her Tennessee state Real Estate license in 2017, and is now also licensed in Georgia.
Abbey joined the Dixon Team in Spring 2019 as a part-time showing agent. Her hard work and dedication paid off, and she quickly soared to full time buyer agent status. Abbey is known best for her excellent people skills, and is fabulous at building long-lasting relationships with all of her clients. Abbey McFay is a Buyer’s Specialist with the Dixon Team and ready to serve you!

Justin Wampler is a Buyer’s Agent on the Wendy Dixon Team and has been since 2019. He grew up in the Ooltewah area, took some time out in California, and now is back in the area to stay!
Justin has found his dream career with real estate and he loves waking up to do what he loves everyday! His passion for helping people find the right home and helping his clients feel at ease during the process of buying a home, which a lot of people actually don’t like, is what he specializes in, day in and day out!
Justin loves the busyness of working as a realtor within the Tennessee and Georgia markets, but he also loves coming home to his wife and 2 little toddlers. His passions outside of real estate are being involved in his church, spending time with family, learning to use his telescope, and watching home improvement shows.

Cindy Keown has been in real estate since 2001, and has been with the Dixon Team since 2015. Cindy's professional job title is the Closing Coordinator. Cindy’s job doesn't start until your home goes under contract. She lends a gentle hand to the agents so they can work through their paperwork in a quick and well-organized manner. Cindy also provides assistance so everyone stays on track to make sure they meet their deadlines.
Another aspect of Cindy's job is to make sure she updates and maintains communication with clients, agents, title officers, leaders etc., to ensure that the closing process goes soft and steady. Cindy is not only in charge of meeting deadlines and communications, but she schedules and coordinates closings. So if you want your house to close exactly on your designated deadline, Cindy is the team member who will be helping you every step of the way!
